Toyota moved from a B- to an A, and Porsche moved from a C+ to a B+.
Manufacturers with Steepest Declines, from February 2013 to March 2013 Were:
Mitsubishi moved from a B+ to a D+, Mazda from an A to a B-, and Ford from an A to a B.
